Youth Camp Information
Registration Information:

 
 

Registration is between 10:00 am and Noon on Monday, and the camp concludes the following Saturday at 9:00 am. 

The following is a suggested list of items that your camper should bring with them:

a Bible, pen, notepad, sleeping bag (or bedding), pillow, pajamas, camera, toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.), variety of clothes for warm and cool weather, jacket, adequate changes of clothing, tennis shoes for rugged activities, swim suit (modest one-piece for girls and boxer type for guys), towels, and spending money for the camp store, snack shop and crafts.

 

Please remember to bring (or send) the camper health information form,

and the Horseback Riding Release form if you are planning on riding. 

 

Please do not bring with you: Tobacco, alcohol, drugs, radios, or electronic games.


Junior Camp I (3rd-4th grades)  - July 7-12 - $205

Senior High Camp (9th-12th grades) - July 14-19 - $235

Junior Camp II (5th-6th grades) - July 21-26 - $205

Junior High Camp (7th-8th grades) - July 28-Aug. 2 - $225

 

Additional Information and Discounts:

  • Second child, immediate family in same household $20 off
     

  • Third child (or more) immediate family in same household $40 off
     

  • Children whose parents are in full time Christian ministry $50 off

    • (If able to take this ministry discount, no other discount applies)
       

  • For bringing a first time camper that is not immediate family $25 off

A pre-registration fee of at least $50.00 is required, and is deducted from the total fee. This fee is nonrefundable, but may be transferred.

Note: A $20 late fee will be charged if the pre-registration fee is not received at least 7 days before your scheduled week of camp.  Parents may register their children according to the school grade being entered or the grade just completed. Registration is from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Monday. Camp ends at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. A confirmation letter will be sent to every registered camper. 

Horseback Riding:
Our horseback riding program has taken a huge getty-up forward!  Campers can spend extra time learning about the horses and enjoy riding them on camp’s beautiful trails. Campers who sign up will be sent a “Riding Liability Release Form” to read, sign, and return to the camp. The cost is $15.00. Please mark the appropriate box on the registration form, if you would like to go horseback riding.

Paintball
We have excellent equipment and a great course for all campers to enjoy exciting games of paintball! Junior campers will be able to participate in a custom made paintball shooting range for only $5.00. All other campers may enjoy “woods ball” for only $12.00 which includes the marker, mask, 100 rounds of paint, and a debriefing session. Extra paint may also be purchased.  Check the box on the registration form, if you would like to play.

Photo CD:
Campers may purchase a picture CD with at least 200 pictures from their week of camp.  The cost is $5.00. Pay with registration or at end of camp.

Dress Code:
All campers are to be dressed in keeping with Christian modesty. Please avoid extremes in fashion. Also, please do not bring fireworks, tobacco, alcohol, drugs, magazines, immodest clothing, weapons, and media devices (CD, MP3, Game Boy’s, cell phones, etc…)
