Camp Operations
Camp Fairwood is a year-round ministry with eight weeks of summer camp for youth and families and about 30 retreats throughout the year.  There are three full-time employees of Camp, the director, the office manager, and the maintenance manager.

There are 27 buildings on the camp grounds.  Nine cabins are used year-round and sleep about 10 people each.  Nine additional cabins are available for summer use and sleep 10 people each.

Our most functional and widely used building is our dining hall which can seat 175 people.  Our chapel is uniquely located in the loft of a barn and can also seat 175 people.  We have 3 sports fields available for games, a one acre spring-fed swimming lake, a 5 acre fishing/boating lake, a rifle and archery range, basketball/volleyball courts and 31/2 miles of beautifully groomed walking and cross-country trails.

Each day of summer camp we have two morning Bible sessions and an evening Bible chapel.  We offer skill times for youth to enjoy archery, rifle range, boating, fishing, crafts and more.  We have a one-hour equestrian program where campers enjoy riding horses on the Camp trails.  We have paint ball available for all campers who wish to enjoy this exciting game.  We also offer tubing down the Mecan River for our Senior High and Family campers.
